The movie revolves around the life of an 80-year-old man, Omachen, played by Mohanlal, who wants to fulfill his lifelong dream of watching a movie in a theater. His children and grandchildren try to persuade him to stay at home, but he insists on going to the theater. The story takes a turn when Omachen meets a young woman, Jaya, played by Vandana Menon, who helps him achieve his dream.
