The family is forced to live a normal life after a series of lawsuits against superheroes, known as "superhero relocation programs," make it difficult for them to use their powers in public. However, when a mysterious villain named Buddy Pine, also known as Syndrome, emerges with a plot to destroy the city, the Parr family must come out of retirement and use their powers to save the day.
