The movie "Naan Ee" revolves around the life of a young man named Sathya (played by Vijay), who works as a lorry cleaner. He falls in love with a girl named Easwari (played by Pooja Chopra), and after a brief romance, they get married. However, their happiness is short-lived as Sathya gets involved in a series of misadventures due to his association with a local don, Panneerselvam (played by Suman).
