In the scorching summer of 1992, the streets of Los Santos, San Andreas, were on fire. The crack epidemic had taken over, gang violence was at an all-time high, and the corrupt cops seemed to be in the pockets of the very thugs they were supposed to apprehend. Amidst this chaos, a young Carl "CJ" Johnson, fresh from a five-year stint in Liberty City, returned to his hometown to attend his mother's funeral.
