The film follows the story of the INS Khukri, an Indian warship that is on a mission to patrol the Arabian Sea during the Indo-Pakistani War. Unbeknownst to the Indian Navy, a Pakistani submarine, Ghazi, has been sent to attack Indian ships. The Ghazi, commanded by Captain Anwar, is a formidable opponent, and the Indian Navy is caught off guard.
