Mr. Robot follows the story of Elliot Alderson (played by Rami Malek), a brilliant and socially anxious cybersecurity engineer and hacker. Elliot's life takes a dramatic turn when he is recruited by a group of hacktivists, known as "fsociety," led by the enigmatic Mr. Robot (played by Christian Slater). The group's mission is to take down the corrupt conglomerate E Corp, also referred to as "Evil Corp" by the hackers.
